Over thirty-five years ago, Karl and Jane Zetterberg's custom home building legacy began.
Karl's passion for building homes, coupled with his strong commitment to church and family,
has been the foundation of his success and respected reputation. The Zetterberg name has
become a familiar name throughout many Pierce County communities as well as in a steady
stream of custom homes in the South Puget Sound.

Eric, Brian and Jeff are the company's construction managers. They manage the building
of all the homes, schedule and work with the subcontractors and suppliers, and guide their
homeowners through the construction process.

Greg manages the office and is responsible for home designs, contracts and
bidding projects.

Leah is the Executive Assistant who coordinates the details that keep the construction
process moving smoothly behind the scenes while wearing several different hats for the
construction demands.

Lorenzo and Orlando are responsible for the clean up and maintenance, utility work,
and all landscaping maintenance of all the job sites.

Dee is the risk manager and helps with various tasks and assists in keeping the office
running smoothly.
