Over thirty-five years ago, Karl and Jane Zetterberg's custom home building
legacy began. Karl's passion for building homes, coupled with his strong
commitment to church and family, has been the foundation of his success and
respected reputation. The Zetterberg name has become a familiar name
throughout many Pierce County communities as well as in a steady
stream of custom homes in the South Puget Sound.
Eric, Brian and Jeff are the company's construction managers. They manage
the building of all the homes, schedule and work with the subcontractors and
suppliers, and guide their homeowners through the construction process.
Greg manages the office and is responsible for home designs, contracts and
bidding projects.
Eddy is in charge of the home warranty process. He meets with all homeowners
for their one-year warranty and performs or schedules all work to be done. Eddy is
also responsible for the millwork details and performing the finishing touches to
complete a home.
Debra is the Administrative Assistant who coordinates the details that keep
the construction process moving smoothly behind the scenes while wearing
several different hats for the construction demands.
David is responsible for framing pick-up and detailing, along with completing
the finishing touches on every home.
Lorenzo, Joaquin and Orlando are responsible for the clean up and maintenance,
utility work and all landscaping maintenance of all the job sites.
Dee helps with various tasks and assists in keeping the office running smoothly.
Leah assists with estimating budgets for home plans. She also helps with the
building permits and maintaining the website.
