You are now moved in to your new Zetterberg Quality Home. Whether you spent the last six months going (and hopefully smiling)
through our custom-building process, or you have made a decision to purchase one of our completed homes, we trust you are
beginning to get settled and enjoy your new home.
You have already gone through a home orientation walk-through with one of our representatives and received a move in book that
has all of your warranty information. In addition, there is also a packet called, "What to expect when maintaining your home" that
describes how to maintain and take care of your investment. If you would rather view it online, please find it here in the
Client Resources section under Home Maintenance.
We know this is a lot of information to digest. If you ever have questions or concerns, please contact us and our warranty manager
will contact you to assist you and answer your questions.
Whether we are building your home or you have already moved in, you are always considered a current client of Zetterberg
Quality Homes. Our goal is to keep you satisfied throughout your ownership of a Zetterberg Home. You will be receiving a
questionnaire from us approximately a month after you move in. We would very much appreciate it if you would complete this
and give us your valuable input so we can continue to fine-tune our building and customer service process.
About eleven months after your move-in date, we will send you a One-Year Warranty Questionnaire. This is very important for
you to complete both for you and for us. It will give us valuable feedback and provide us with information to develop your
one-year warranty punch list of items that may need taking care of. Please note that this is time sensitive due to subcontractor
and supplier warranties with us. If you have questions about anything we might be able to help you with, please let us know.
